What is Seoul Goodis?

Welcome to Seoul Goodis, where we bring you the best of Seoul to treat your soul! Our snack box is designed to share the true magic of Korea through delicious treats and vibrant stories. Every month, we dive into a new theme highlighting Korea's creativity and diversity, with each Goodi box featuring unique goodies, visuals, and tales. 

Our name is a fun play on the vibrant capital of South Korea and the word “soul” — a perfect match since everything we deliver is infused with the spirit of Korea. And when we say “goodis,” we’re all about that “oh goodie!” feeling — the pure joy you get when unwrapping a gift full of surprises. Get ready to embark on a tasty adventure and uncover the many wonders of Korea with every delivery!

What is the wrapping of joy?

So, you know how sometimes a gift can be wrapped in a way that just feels extra special? That’s what we call the "wrapping of joy," and it's all thanks to the Bojagi which involves wrapping gifts in colorful, decorative cloths. But the Bojagi is not just visually striking, it’s also infused with good vibes, luck, and happiness as each stitch and color carries its own special blessing, adding a meaningful touch to the wrapping. 

Well, we’ve taken this to heart at Seoul Goodis! Our delicious Goodi boxes are sent wrapped with authentic Bojagi cloth. So, not only do you get to taste amazing Korean snacks, but you also get a gift wrapped with care and joy, just like a warm hug from us.

What types of subscriptions are available?

At Seoul Goodis, our Goodi Plans are designed to keep the joy flowing! Whether you’re new to Korean culture or already an expert, we have a subscription just for you:

  • 1 Month Plan: Perfect for those who like to take it one month at a time. This plan is paid monthly and will be renewed automatically, so you’ll never miss a box of joy!
  • 3 Months Plan: Dive into a seasonal journey of Korean delights! Prepaid with automatic renewal, and paired with an attractive discount, for an even more rewarding experience.
  • 6 Months Plan: Take your journey to the next level with six months of back-to-back discoveries. Prepaid with automatic renewal to keep the goodies coming, including an even sweeter discount.
  • 12 Months Plan: The ultimate Goodi Plan, is prepaid with automatic renewal for a full year of Korean magic. It includes our best discount yet, making it the perfect choice to fully immerse in unwrapping Korea!

Do you provide allergenic information?

We've got you covered! Or should we say wrapped?

Each Goodi box comes with a digital magazine packed with everything you need to know about your monthly goodies. We include details on common allergens, and while we make every effort to provide accurate allergen information, we can't promise that every item is completely allergen-free. So, get ready to dive into a world of fascinating facts, tasting tips, allergenic shortlisting, taste of Korean culture, popular trends, and special insights that make your Goodi box a true treasure!

How can I access my magazine?

Ready to explore your monthly Goodi magazine? It’s super easy! Each Goodi Gift Box comes with a digital magazine packed with everything from allergen info to tasting tips, plus some awesome Korean culture vibes, fun articles, and exclusive content.

When will my subscription be renewed?

When it’s time to renew, we keep things simple and consistent! Your renewal charge will pop up on the same day each month as your original order. So, no surprises—just the joy of knowing your next Goodi Gift Box is on its way!

How do I change my subscription plan?

Want to switch up your subscription plan? It’s easy! Just send us an email at Hello@seoulgoodis.com, and we’ll help you find the perfect plan to fit your needs. We’re here to make sure you get the most out of your Goodi Box experience!

How can I pause/cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of pausing or canceling your subscription, but we’re here to help! You can easily pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting us at Hello@seoulgoodis.com

To ensure you’re not billed for the upcoming period, please cancel at least 3 business days (KST) before your next billing date. If you cancel within 3 business days of the billing cycle, the change will apply starting the following month, and no refunds will be issued. We’d be sad to see you go, so before you cancel, we’d love to hear from you! If there’s anything we can do to make your Goodi experience even better, let us know.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, simply email us at Hello@seoulgoodis.com from your registered email address with a request for deletion and any necessary verification details. We’ll confirm the deletion via email.

Note: If you only want to stop marketing emails contact us. Remember to cancel any active subscriptions before deletion, as you’ll lose access to them and any benefits. Once deleted, accounts cannot be reactivated. We will remove your personal information from our active systems, though some may be kept for legal reasons as outlined in our privacy policy.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for shipping internationally. As we begin this journey with you, this flat rate reflects current shipping costs, but our subscription Goodi boxes are priced lower than many alternatives and include exclusive perks, thoughtful gift wrapping, and other special goodies to enhance your experience of unwrapping Korea with us.

My country isn’t listed at checkout. What should I do?

As we are starting this new adventure, currently we are able to deliver to select countries around the world. While we’re unable to reach every corner of the globe just yet, we still want to invite you to be part of our Goodi family!

Stay connected by following us on our website and social media, where we share all the wonderful goodies and the magic of Korea with the world. We sincerely apologize and hope that in the very near future we will be able to invite all of you to join us in discovering the soul of Korea.

When does my box ship, and how long will it take to arrive?

Once you place an order, we’ll pack and ship it within 2–5 business days. For prepaid subscriptions (3/6/12 Months Goodi Plan), your first Goodi box will ship within this time frame, and following boxes will ship at the start of each month. 


Goodi boxes typically arrive within 7–14 business days, but due to weather, customs, or postal delays, please allow up to 20 business days before contacting support about a missing package.

My box has shipped, but it hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your box has shipped and you haven’t received it within the expected time frame, please check with your local post office first, as they will handle the final delivery. For any additional help, feel free to reach out to us at Hello@seoulgoodis.com.

Please note that if your shipment was untracked and goes missing in transit, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements due to tracking limitations. However, if your package is returned to us by the carrier, we can arrange a reshipment with a reshipping fee covered by you.

Will customs delay my goodies?

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before ordering, as customs processes may cause delays. Once cleared, your package will be delivered by your local post office.

Note: Seoul Goodis is not liable for customs or import duties or other taxes charged by your local authorities.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at Hello@seoulgoodis.com before your Goodi box is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes can only be managed through your local postal carrier.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item in my Goodi box?

- Incorrect box: If the box you received does not match the intended box for your order, please reach out to us. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement box.

- Missing Items: If your box arrives intact but lacks one or more items, report it within 7 business days (KST) of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund based on availability. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all items included in our subscription boxes. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all products listed on our site and the specific contents of each box may vary based on product availability and seasonality. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

- Damaged Items: If your box arrives intact with all items listed but some items are damaged or expired (for perishable goods), report this within 7 business days (KST). We will review the damage and issue a replacement or refund for the damaged items, not including any packaging.

Will extra fees and taxes be included?

Extra fees and taxes are not included in the price of your subscription. Depending on your country and local regulations, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs policies of your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

Can I track my Goodi box, or is it traveling incognito?

We’d love to offer tracking for every order, but due to different shipping options, it’s not always possible. If your box comes with a tracking number, we’ll send it your way! If not, rest assured that it’s still on its way to you, packed with all the goodies and even more.

Billing

When will my subscription be billed?

When you wrap up your checkout with Seoul Goodis, that’s when your first charge kicks in. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date as your original purchase. The renewal frequency will follow your chosen plan, occurring every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months from the initial purchase date. Based on the plan you chose your Seoul Goodis experience will continue seamlessly!

Can I pay in a currency other than USD?

Currently, all orders are processed in USD.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through PayPal, offering a secure and convenient checkout experience for all.

We’re also excited to share that we’re actively exploring additional payment options to make shopping with us even more convenient for everyone. Stay tuned – more ways to explore Korea with Seoul Goodis are coming soon!

Can I change my payment information?

What is your refund policy?

At Seoul Goodis, we’re committed to delivering the best of Seoul to treat your soul. Because our curated Goodi Gift Boxes are designed to be enjoyed at their best and due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We don’t accept returns, unless an item in the box is expired or damaged.
