Refund policy
We offer different subscription plans for our boxes, and each plan renews automatically at the end of the subscription period unless canceled. When making a purchase, you must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including your delivery and payment details. You are responsible for notifying us of any address changes via email and updating your details on our website.
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard and by contacting us at Hello@seoulgoodis.com. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days (KST) before the next billing cycle. Requests submitted fewer than 3 business days before the billing date will not prevent the upcoming charge, and no refunds will be issued. The cancellation will be applied starting with the next billing cycle after that payment. If you choose to cancel, this does not provide a refund for any payment that has already been processed, and your subscription will remain valid until the end of the current active subscription period. Please note that you may still receive promotional emails from Seoul Goodis. To stop these communications, simply unsubscribe from our emails. We are also committed to preventing fraud. If a dispute arises with your credit card company or PayPal, or if we detect suspected fraudulent activity, we may suspend or terminate your account and payment capabilities. Additionally, any pending box shipments may be paused or canceled.
All sales and transactions are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products (food and perishable goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item in the box is expired or damaged. In that case, please contact us within 7 business days (KST) of receipt for a replacement or refund based on availability. Returned boxes will incur an additional re-shipping fee, except when the return is due to our error. Boxes returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds. We are not liable for any additional purchases made due to errors or mistakes before or after the purchase, and we cannot alter or cancel orders once placed.
- One-Time Boxes: All terms regarding accurate shipping information, delivery responsibility, and payment finality also apply to one-time box purchases. One-time boxes are charged as a single, non-recurring payment at checkout. Payments for one-time boxes are final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Seoul Goodis is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details, mail forwarding, or the absence of a recipient at the delivery address.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
- Incorrect box: If the box you received does not match the intended box for your order, please reach out to us. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement box.
- Missing Items: If your box arrives intact but lacks one or more items, report it within 7 business days (KST) of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund based on availability. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all items included in our boxes. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all products listed on our site and the specific contents of each box may vary based on product availability and seasonality. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Damaged Items: If your box arrives intact with all items listed but some items are damaged or expired (for perishable goods), report this within 7 business days (KST). We will review the damage and issue a replacement or refund for the damaged items, not including any packaging.
Eligibility for replacements on damaged items will be determined by our support team. Generally, damage to the outer box or product packaging that doesn’t impact the items inside will not qualify for replacement. Fragile items like cookies, chips, or chocolate that may break or melt in transit, as well as minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small scratches), may also not be eligible for compensation.
To expedite your claim, please include the following evidence:
- Photos of all sides of the box.
- Photos of all items received.
- Photos of the damaged items, clearly showing the damage.
We will assess the photos and provide a replacement or refund, based on availability, for damaged items only as packaging damage is not covered.
